In fact, if you simply refer the customer to our Free Jim Rohn Weekly E-zine through your Affiliate link to our website and they register, but do not make a purchase during that visit, they are still your customer. Even if the next time they go to our site by typing in only http://www.jimrohn.com or linking from our weekly E-zine, you still receive commissions on their purchases.

The exception to this would be if in the future they link from another Affiliate's link. Then they would become that Affiliate's customers. Or, if they get a combination of a new computer, browser and email address, all before their next visit to the site. Tracking works through cookies, email address and personal info; any one of these three should still identify your customers properly.

4. Sales commissions of 10% of the product's sale price (not including shipping, duties or other non-product related added expenses) are paid on all purchases and on each visit. The point is, many programs only pay on a specific product purchased, not on all the products purchased on that visit. Many programs pay lower commissions on smaller profit items. Again, we pay 10% on a $10 book that has, in some cases, a cost as high as $5, as well as 10% for the Whole Package, which is currently over 40% off and sells for $429.

6. You get customers to the site. We do the rest.

a) We currently manufacture or stock all the products we sell. (No backorders or delays.)

b) We receive order, confirm order, process credit card, fulfill the order and handle all customer inquiries and requests. You just get people to our site.

c) This program is annonymous. You will not be asked questions on the status of orders etc. from the customer. That will all be directed to us.

7. More benefits:

a) Credibility and Integrity. We believe in our mission of helping people and making a difference in their lives. We believe in our products. We want to offer great products at a fair price.

b) If the customer is not satisfied with a product, we offer a 180 day return policy. If they are fair to us, we want to be fair to them. All defective products (regardless of the cause) are replaced, usually without the customer even having to return the original product.

c) We currently do not accept advertising on our site or in our weekly E-zine. You do not have to worry about your customer going from your site to our site then to the next site. We will not be promoting your competition.

d) Tracking and reports. Currently, you will receive automatic notification and a copy of every order, including customer information (with the exception of the credit card number). More detailed reporting on site visits and click-through's will be available soon.

If there is information in the Agreement that can be interpreted differently from this letter, then refer to that Agreement as the final say. 4) You will then see the Congratulations page - click OK.
