Troubleshooting Your Order
Your order is
very important to us. If you are receiving an error message or having
other difficulties completing an online order, please read through the
suggestions below.
1. Cookies must be enabled on your computer in order to complete your
order.
The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to
browser. Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by
clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced
and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box.
In Internet Explorer, click the Tools drop-down menu, then click
"Internet Options." Click the Security tab, and then click the Custom
Level button. Click the radio buttons next to Enable beneath both "Allow
cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies
(not stored)." This should enable your browser to accept cookies.
2. Please make sure that you have selected your shipping method and that
all required fields are filled in.
3. If you are a returning customer, but have changed your email address
since your last order, please click Update Customer Info
to update your information.
4. If you are looping back in the order process and your page is not
updating, your computer may be caching the older version of the page.
Simultaneously hold the shift key and press the refresh button in your
browser.

What point in the ordering process is causing you trouble?
