Entire order must be shipped to a single address. This offer applies to items purchased at the same time on the same transaction.
FedEx ground cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes — please make sure you include a street address for delivery. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: To receive discounted shipping on International orders, the original order value must total $75 or more before taxes, shipping and handling. International orders are subject to customs, duties, brokerage and taxes for which the customer is responsible. Excludes APO/FPO addresses, bulk orders and drop ships.
